Batch Files for a Capital Development Report Due to IFRS

The directory "Kapitalspiegel-Report" contains definitions for an equity capital development report due to DRS7 in the mirrored representation with positions in columns. It contains the report structure (REPZEI), the positions (POS) referenced there, and a proposal for accounts (KTO) for supplement of the existing chart of accounts as well as the according position/account allocations (POSKTO) . For the according definitions of the capital transaction development itself as well as its report column definitions see directory "Spiegel (neuer Standard)".

The data are provided in the Excel file POP_KTP_RID.xlsm with references for IDL.XLSLINK. The data are splitted into several sheets of this file, one for each database table:

  • POP - Charts of positions
  • POS - Positions
  • KTP - Charts of accounts
  • KTO - Accounts
  • POSKTO - Positions/account allocations
  • RID - Report idents
  • REPZEI - Report line descriptions

The references for IDL.XLSLINK in the sheet 'KTP' are commented out by a preceding apostrophe since a group chart of accounts usually is already defined and is supplemented by additional accounts here. However, if you want to newly define the chart of accounts master record, too, then you can easily activate the references for IDL.XLSLINK by removing the apostrophes.

The first sheet of the file is titled "General" and contains some central specifications on which the formulae of the following sheets refer. These are:

  • the name of the database (default name is "IDLDB")
  • the keys of the languages of descriptions
  • a unique valid-from period for all master data (default is "12.2012")
  • the key of the used chart of positions
  • the key of the used chart of accounts
  • the key of the used report
  • the key of the equity capital transaction development

Please replace the specifications for database, valid-from period, chart of positions, chart of accounts, report and equity capital transaction development by the values applying for you or desired by you, respectively. The language keys are fixed and should not be modified since the descriptions of the most objects are provided only in German language for the time being and cannot be exported otherwise.

In the same way the keys of positions (on the sheet <POS>) and accounts (on the sheet <KTO>) can be replaced by other values if wanted. In single cases these keys can also be replaced by invalid values (e.g. '%') if you do not want to use a position or an account. In this case you receive corresponding error messages when exporting the complete workbook.
