Consolidation Parameters

1 Overview of "Consolidation Parameters" (CNSPAR)

Consolidation parameters contain control data for the various consolidation functions. The keys to a consolidation parameters are

• Group/subgroup
• Period
• Fact
• Consolidation function/document group

These keys can be specified in the Selection area. For the group, here also ambiguous information (e.g. '%') is possible.

Consolidation parameters are copied to the next period as part of the carry forward of consolidated data. The mass copy feature is useful for applying the same parameters to another group companies.

The input of a parameter can vary greatly depending on the consolidation function. Therefore, the overview 'CNSPAR' only shows some general parameters.

More detailed information is only displayed when the table has been restricted to a specific consolidation function by entering it in the Selection area.

2 Single Set Applications (KTKPARxx)

Only in this case is it possible to create a new consolidation parameters, as there is a separate single record application 'KTKPARxx' ('xx' = consolidation function key) for each consolidation function.
