NEW EXTENSIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND ENHANCED EXPERIENCE

Featuring product enhancements and performance improvements designed to make reporting easier for end users, IDL Konsis 24.3 offers a range of developments, including:

  • Data Connection to Bizview
  • ESG Advancements
  • Rule-based Vouchers and Postings

New Extension

To help your team achieve a streamlined experience while managing your consolidation process, IDL Konsis 24.3 includes a new extension to Bizview.

Connection to Bizview

In the IDL Konsis Release 24.3, a new extension has been included to enable IDL Konsis to function as a data consumer.

  • IDL Konsis is now capable of connecting to Bizview, allowing you to easily import master data and report data from Bizview into IDL Konsis.
  • Bizview is a solution provided by insightsoftware that connects in near real-time to various data sources. This facilitates the linking of forecasts and actuals for variance analysis.

Improved Capabilities

Release 24.3 includes improvements to our ESG offering, which will assist customers in effectively completing reporting. This includes:

  • A new extension for recording narrative information within the entry forms in IDL Konsis. The Tooltip now shows a preview of the narrative information alongside the numerical data. These improvements cover extensions in the development transactions for ESG data, including the conversion from local values into group and parallel values.
  • You can now use specific functions to export ESG related master data for metrics, units, and conversion factors to IDL Konsis.
  • You can now use specific functions to read ESG related master data for metrics, units, and conversion factors collected in IDL Konsis.
  • We have added an ESG "Metric" field to the ‘Read’ and ‘Export’ functions for accounts, making it easier to access and export this account attribute.

Enhanced Experience

IDL Konsis Release 24.3 offers new rule-based vouchers and postings at the consolidation level to boost team efficiency.

Rule-based Vouchers and Postings

In Release 23.2, we introduced rule-based documents and postings at the individual company level. Now, in the new IDL Konsis Release 24.3, a similar function has been included at the consolidation level.

  • The rule-based consolidation documents and postings allow you to eliminate amounts, such as account balances, controlling balances, IC balances, and more, that are posted in the individual financial statements of your company as part of your consolidation process.
  • Rule-based automation ensures consistency, high data quality, and reduces manual effort, minimizing errors, and facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements for your team.

Improved Display of the Formula Editor

The Formula Editor in IDL Xlslink now presents text and input fields more clearly on devices with a high pixel density, such as when a Windows display is set to a value other than 100%. This enhancement improves the tool's usability.
